You can pay in cash at our office located in San José, Pérez Zeledón, San Isidro de El General, Barrio San Andrés, Residencial El Bosque — cash payments only.

Paying through Banco Nacional is fast and convenient! You can pay using your mobile app, online banking portal, or physically at any BN Servicios or BN Corresponsales branch. Select a guide below to view instructions and flowcharts.

Payment flow for BN Internet Banking & BN Móvil:

Log in to your Banco Nacional account (online portal or BN Móvil app).
Navigate to: Payment of Services -> Service Payments.
Search for our agreement code: search for 'Reycom' in the list.
Enter your customer code and verify the name.
Confirm the amount and process the payment.

How to add Reycom as a Favorite in BN Móvil app:

During or after a service payment, check the box to 'Add to Favorites'.
Alternatively, go to your profile menu in BN Móvil -> Favorites.
Assign a custom alias (e.g. 'Internet Reycom') to make monthly payments with a single tap!

Physical Payments at BN Servicios & Corresponsales

You can also pay in cash at any authorized BN Servicios point, pharmacy, pulpería, or BN Corresponsal nationwide! Simply request to pay the 'Reycom' service agreement and provide your contract number.
